1. We will only accept your dog/cat in good health and will ask you to produce a valid certificate confirming that your dog has been inoculated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvo Virus. Cats have to be innoculated against: Feline Rhinotracheitis (R), Feline Calicivirus (C), Feline Panleucopaenia (P), Feline Leukaemia Virus (FeLV).

2. Dogs/cats are required to have been on a recommended flea treatment.

3. All dogs/cats should have been wormed prior to boarding, should any pet require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, worms etc.) then a charge will be levied.

4. We cannot take bitches/cats in season and uncastrated males will be taken at our discretion.

5. Any current or ongoing problems with the dog/cat’s health or temperament must be notified at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse any dog/cat that we consider to be of an unreliable temperament or sick at the time of boarding.

6. Fees are charged on a daily rate, should any dog/cat be collected before the booked departure date, the reserved occupancy fee will be charged. Payment is required in full upon collection.

7. Daily rates will commence on the date of arrival, regardless of time, there will be no charge for a dog/cat if collected before 11am, any dog collected after 11am will be charged for that day.

8. No dog/cat is to be collected by anyone other than its owner without confirmation from the owner prior to boarding.

9. It is advisable to protect your dog against Kennel Cough, if it is not protected then the owner must take full responsibility.

10. We ask that your dog/cat has its own pet insurance cover and if not you must accept full responsibility for its health while in our care. We will do our utmost to look after your dog/cat to the best of our ability but accidents do happen. Any vet bills incurred during your dog’s stay with us will be charged at cost to you the owner.

11. Permission is required to walk your dogs on or off the lead

12. On booking a deposit of the current day rate (dog or cat) is required and is non-refundable
